What we do

The Emmanuel Children’s Home is a small building near Paruthumpara in Panachikadu Panchayath, Kottayam District. The Emmanuel Children’s Home is an activity that started with my parents and siblings living in a small house made of mud, along with my wife and some needy children.

It is gratifying to note that we have been able to support many children over the past 20 years. Despite having a beautifully constructed building and ancillary facilities on half an acre of land, the institution has been operating as a day boarding house for the past 2 years under the name ‘Emmanuel Hope Center’ as it is financially difficult to comply with the new rules of the Juvenile Justice Act.

The Emmanuel Hope Center continues its triumphant journey by providing much-needed food, clothing, education, and medical care to the very poor, semi-orphans and widows in the vicinity of the institution. Thank you to all the loved ones who have helped us in this endeavor, The selfless cooperation and assistance of Late Bishop Dr. MA Thomas and Bishop Dr. Samuel Thomas is the driving force behind this work.
